SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROTOCOL

1. THE "MADE-TO-ORDER" PROCESS Winstrike is not a fast-fashion warehouse holding dust-covered stock. Every piece of gear is crafted upon order.

  • Production Time: Once you place an order, it takes 24-72 hours to print, cure, and quality-check your garment.

  • Why this matters: We do not ship the same day you order. We ship once the product passes our quality standards.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES We dispatch from our manufacturing hub in Tirupur. Delivery times depend on your distance from the hub.

  • South India: 2 - 4 Days after dispatch.

  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata): 4 - 6 Days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India & North East: 5 - 8 Days after dispatch.

  • Note: Timelines may vary during public holidays or extreme weather events.

3. SHIPPING COSTS We reward commitment.

  • PREPAID ORDERS: FREE Shipping across India.

  • COD ORDERS: A handling fee of ₹99 applies.

    • Tip: Pay via UPI to save ₹99 and get priority processing.

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email the moment your package leaves our facility.

  • Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website after receiving the link.

5. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES (RTO) Our courier partners (Delhivery/BlueDart/XpressBees) will attempt delivery 3 times.

  • If you are unavailable or your phone is switched off, the package will return to us (RTO).

  • For COD Orders: If a COD order is returned due to customer unavailability/refusal, we reserve the right to blacklist the phone number/address from future purchases.

  • For Prepaid Orders: We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

6. INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES Please ensure your address includes your House Number/Flat Number and correct Pincode. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
