RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

THE 7-DAY TIMELINE We operate on a strict 7-Day Return/Exchange window.

  • The countdown starts from the date the order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

  • If 7 days have passed since delivery, the system will automatically lock the return option. No exceptions.

THE COST (TRANSPARENCY CLAUSE) Winstrike is an independent brand. We do not inflate our product prices to hide "free return" costs like massive corporations do. We believe you should only pay for what you keep.

  • For Refunds: If you choose to return an item for a refund, a flat Reverse Logistics Fee of ₹79 will be deducted from your total refund amount. This covers the courier cost to bring the item back to our warehouse.

  • For Exchanges: If you need a size swap, we will arrange the reverse pickup. A handling fee of ₹79 applies to cover the shipping logistics of the exchange.

CONDITION OF GEAR To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and Unwashed.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Ideally, in the original packaging.

  • Note: If the item smells of perfume, smoke, or sweat, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Log in to your account (using your phone number/email).

  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the item you want to return.

  3. Click "Request Return".

  4. Our team will approve it within 24 hours and a courier will be assigned to pick it up.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS If you received a misprint or a damaged product, we are sorry.

  • Please upload a photo of the defect in the return portal.

  • We will send you a brand new replacement completely free of cost. You do not pay the ₹79 fee for our mistakes.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

  • Customized/Personalized items.

  • Socks or Innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

CANCELLATION & RTO (STRICT)

  • Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled before the product is shipped (usually within 12 hours).

  • COD Refusals: If you order via Cash on Delivery and refuse to accept the package at your doorstep, you will be permanently blacklisted from all future Winstrike drops. We respect your time; please respect ours.
